Laravel Nova displayUsing not working

For some reason displayUsing on resource fields not working anymore. Tried on Currency and DateTime fields - displayUsing ignored all the time. It is working on my local machine, but not working on my server. Nova version is the same: 4.16.1

For example time is always formatted like this: 2022-10-21T12:00:08+03:00

Locally like this: 21.10.2022 13:15

What might be the reason?
