Redirecting a POST/PUT back to itself and dropping data

Hello,

Using chrome extension POSTMAN to build posts/puts to test API endpoints on lumen. By watching the network tab of chrome tools I can see that Lumen is redirecting the original POST/PUT back to the same URL without the form data. Does anyone know what the offending line is within the stock .htaccess file that is causing this? Or f it is another issue?
