Fideloper/Trusted-Proxies Configuration in Lumen for AWS

Hello everyone, I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction for how to configure the Fideloper/Trusted-Proxies package in lumen in order to work with AWS. I already followed what is specified in the github repo documentation but I didn't have any luck. If someone could provide an example or further documentation it would really help.
