Best way to setup role and permission in lumen

I need a role and permission based system where lumen route is guard based on role and permission.

any package for that ?

is there any easy method with custom middleware , i only have 2 roles and 1 model (ex: Support ticket )

Main focus:

Simple user can create/edit/delete ticket and Admin can create/edit/delete/update status
