I managed to solve it, I learned to use artisan route:clear and route:list.

How I test a route
I created a route
Route::get('teste',function() {return "olá mundo";});
but i get 404 not found when i use localhost/teste
I have Laravel with Breeze.

@frankhosaka never, never ever cache your routes in local development.
