Just ping the support. They are very responsive. You have that green/teal circle with a chat icon in the bottom right corner. Explain your problem and they will probably solve your problem in few hours (probably even faster).

Why would SFTP into a Forge provisioned server stop working?
I have a Forge provisioned server that I SFTP into from time to time. Recently it stopped working, when I try to open the connection it just hangs until I eventually cancel the request. I'm still able to SSH into the server via the terminal, and connect to the database through TablePlus. I've tried restarting the server.
Does anyone know why SFTP might have stopped working? Or what I can try to fix this?

Figured it out. I think the sync feature in Transmit for macOS messed up. The connection had reverted to an older IP address.
