Forge Quick Deploy Button Gone?

Hey all,

Is anybody else finding that some servers no longer have the Quick Deploy option?

One one instance I'm running, 3 of the 4 servers I have don't give me the option to quick deploy on any sites, whereas the 4th does.

Is this expected behavior, have I screwed something up, or is something up with Forge?
