Error 500 on Forge SSL CRT installation

Has anyone had issues installing an SSL CRT certificate today or lately. I generated a CSR on the Forge Dashboard, created a news certificate with Xolphin/Comodo and then tried adding the certificate and load intermediate ones on the fly. But then I got a popup showing an error 500 by Laravel Forge. Need certificate installed within the next few days as old one has expired so any ideas how to resolve this would be great.

I think I need to whitelist

45.55.124.124
159.203.150.232
159.203.150.216

https://forge.laravel.com/ips-v4.txt

Just need to see how can do this the best way.

UFW status is showing basics set up by Forge

$ sudo ufw status
Status: active

To Action From
-- ------ ----
22 ALLOW Anywhere
80 ALLOW Anywhere
443 ALLOW Anywhere
22 (v6) ALLOW Anywhere (v6)
80 (v6) ALLOW Anywhere (v6)
443 (v6) ALLOW Anywhere (v6)

But not sure how I should add additional rules to have these ip addresses allowed access.

In the end it was a Forge update that caused a minor hiccup adding the certificate

It turns out that dependabot update phpseclib from 2.0 to 3.0, without actually running our test suite on the change. This was then deployed Wednesday morning, causing your edge case to fail completely.

Issue was swiftly resolved by Laravel Forge.
