It's not good or bad. It's GraphQL. Do you actually need it?
Probably if he doesn't know if he needs it, he doesn't.
Well they say less code, fewer requests and faster results. Sounds like a win win to me.
It depends on what you really need.
I prefer having full control from the backend, so I don't use GraphQL.
But it can be a powerful tool to let users create their own queries from the frontend.
