Laravel herd https

I am having issues in my laravel herd concerning the security button to secure my project but it is not working. What I mean is that when I secure it and refresh my project In my chrome browser it will show it's not secure, if I want to advance with it or not. And if I unsecure the project back it will show in my browser some network messages
