For me when I have changed the owner of storage directory from root user to my website, it works for me.

NOW : drwxrwxr-x 3 alhawaims alhawaims 4096 Aug 20 15:30 storage BEFORE : drwxrwxr-x 3 root root 4096 Aug 20 15:30 storage

@habibi786 you would be better learning what all those permissions do, and who actually needs to write to the folder.
