Production deployment

I'm currently using lavarel sail for development.

I deploy to my production server via laravel envoy.

I also use forge on some projects.

When I change php version or add extensions for example, I have to do it on my local dockerfile and also on my server.

Is it possible to deploy more than just my code, i.e. my docker container, with it?
