Building a LMS with Laravel

Hi! :) I want to build an app that’s somewhat like Teachable. (or Laracasts, perhaps?)

And I recently came across this repository called ULearn, built on Laravel and React. Though outdated, is it possible to rebuild a proper LMS from there on L8? As good as Teachable or Laracasts?
