How do I learn Laravel as a webdev beginner?

I know JS/CSS/HTML quite well, but my work is now asking me to develop a website in Laravel. I'm reading the documentation but it feels like a complete wall of gibberish to me so I'm not sure there's much point. What's a good way to start with Laravel as a beginner to full stack webdev?
