You need websockets and a custom integration of Laravel Echo on top of Livewire. Only Livewire 1 works with Laravel 5.7 and I think it does not have listeners built in... those were introduced in Livewire 2.

Can we use LiveWire for fetching real time data from Mysql DB with laravel 5.7
I am trying to make a Real Time Dashboard with Laravel 5.7. I am trying to use Livewire for this, but the data is not getting updated without refreshing the page.
