Can I use vuetify?
I just spotted Vuetify and tried to search for a tutorial on youtube to learn only to find out that there are but a few. please, is it safe to use for a large-scale long-term project?

Yes, it's very safe. Do you know Vuexy? It's a Bootstrap template based on Vuetify. It's probably the most popular Bootstrap template right now.
