Issue running php artisan migrate - Chirper App

Hello everyone,

I am building my first Laravel app Chirper with Docker. I manage to set up the basic, but I however have issue with "PHP Artisan Migrate"

This is the error:

Any pointer anyone? please note that the login/ logout, dashboard is working properly. I am trying to run new migrate.
