and after i build and deploy it, the command for php artisan inertia:start-ssr its give difference if i stop that, the apps just works without start the artisan ssr

What Difference of inertia SSR
i have install laravel breeze inertia react with ssr, what the difference is it from the client sider rendering ? i have google it, if i disable the javascript it will still work because rendered on server
but i didnt see the difference on laravel inertia SSR
