Facing the same issue :/. Some suggested to delete the AppData/Docker folder. It didn't work in my case.

docker stopped running after 4.20.1 update
I recently upgraded to version 4.20.1 and it stopped running.
i was having performance issues with my computer so i disabled some startups processes i don't think any of the ones i disabled have anything to do with Docker. thing is after i disabled those programs, i restarted the computer and now docker is not running anymore. anyone having issues with this? thanks.

this was so frustrating @asmaamhadir but the only thing i had to do was to restart docker and that worked, i believe. this happened a few weeks ago so im not sure what else i tried but go ahead, won't hurt.
