php forgot password?

Anyone suggest me or give me the link as your knowledge, how to build a php forgot password system and send the OTP to the registered users email..

You can you magic links as OTP. Then from the dashboard you can ask user to change password. That's will help you if user uses email or phone number to reset password (when you can send that magic link somewhere).
