composer did not work !
I can't create new project or install packages using composer all the day !! [Composer\Downloader\TransportException] curl error 28 while downloading https://repo.packagist.org/packages.json: Failed to connect to repo.packagist.org port 443: Timed out
showing the error message with warning "You are running Composer with SSL/TLS protection disabled." I am using PHP version 8.1.3

@Amr_Mesbah exelent. Time to figure out what is wrong with your network. Maybe try restarting it all.

I think something went wrong on my default network because of using vpn for small periods of time before
