Hi, I have bulk upload data in csv file in one user. how to data upload in multiple user. Any one please guide me

I have upload data in csv file in bulk upload with single user id.
My require is this file data upload in multiple users.

Once Upload the data select user id, will be show the user dashboard

What I request is that after uploading it, display it in multiple pages and check them from their own csv page.
