Laravel Stripe

Hi guys, I have integrated stripe, and for the payment page I'm not using a custom one, I'm just directly redirecting users to the default stripe one.

My client says that there were multiple customers who tried to pay but it keeps denying their card.

Everything seems fine on my end, and I don't know what to do.

Do you have any suggestions on how to proceed?
