New Laravel app won't deploy in Vapor because of Vite (?)
Noticed that Laravel apps are now with Vite and Mix seems no more. But this switch seems to have screwed up my workflow with Vapor. My first attempt at vapor deploy staging seems to be going nowhere? Just gets stuck at a line that says APP_URL=xxxxx...
Anybody has this same experience? What's the solution?

In your vapor.yml, change npm run dev to npm run build. It worked for me.
