install laravel octane roadrunner using docker

I want to install and run laravel octane roadrunner using docker. Necessary environment that is needed to build docker container is setup like docker desktop, wsl 2 layer, php 8. OS is windows 10.

I have made docker file and compose file as well but docker desktop log says: There are no commands defined in the "octane" namespace
