laravel excel queue freezes on processing on heavy exports

i have an export on laravel excel package that is using queue like below :

        (new OrderReportExport($request->all()))->queue($path);

now when i do php artisan queue:work and sends a request of for example 4k orders to be exported this is the result i see in my console :

it freezes on processing and dont changes to processed and its not making the file .

for QUEUE_CONNECTION i am using the redis .
