Screen Sharing App in local network

Hello Team, I am trying to solve a problem which consist screen sharing in local network. Basically, I want to develop an app in laravel which will be having the following feature.

Able to parse PPT file and play slide in browser (able to read ppt files and play in browser)
will be able to share the screen which will be playing ppt in local network.
Provide an IP through wihch user will be able to see the screen of main machine which has PPT playing.

I don't know from where to start. Please guide me what do I need and from where do I start.

Sounds to me that using Microsoft teams is a better option.

Or maybe Sharepoint.

@Tray2 I am teaching many students and 90% the time internet is not availlable and no projector too. So, I wanted to develop an application which could solve this probelm for me. so that I can start slide or share my screen in my computer and others will be able to visit my IP and get everything there on their screen.

@anishansari Then you may want to look into WebRTC, as I believe you can use it in a local network without a STUN/TURN server.

Otherwise, you can self-host a webrtc media server yourself, such as janus:
