You'd probably want to host your videos on a CDN, not directly in Vapor. I would recommend looking into the ability to have your Laravel app on Vapor upload files to a CDN that is good for supporting video (Limelight, Vimeo, S3, etc).

Laravel Vapor Uploads
I was wondering does laravel Vapor have a size limit on the file uploads? I was wanting to move a video sharing site to vapor.

The AWS Lambda request size limit is 6mb, despite what the documentation says, you dont "HAVE" to use S3 presigned links to upload files to a Vapor hosted application, as long as the file size is under 6 MB.
