I prefer PHP, because if the JavaScript is disabled on the browser then the client will only see the markdown version not the parsed one.

Javascript Markdown rendererer or PHP Markdown Package
For showing markdown formatted text in HTML in the web browser, is it better for me to use a javascript markdown renderer or to use 1 of the Laravel PHP markdown packages?
