Try deleting line from composer, delete vendor, and do composer install. But backup all first in case.
Any files in laravel (not vendor) you would have to manually delete.

Remove Spark Classic
Has anyone successfully removed Spark Classic? I used the installer method and right now I'm just trying to remove things manually, but it really got everywhere. Has anyone documented this process I can pick through?
