Hello, I got demand on task :

 An Androlid /IOS Application build on laravel PHP framework maintenance

Could you please explain what is meant under “Andriod /IOS Application ”

Is it common laravel app (say Jquery/vuejs or alpinejs / mysql/postgres) but with layout tested under specific device. Say in my Chrome I see with responsive design I see options : “Ipad”, “Ipad pro”, “Nexus 7”, “Iphone 5”.

Or something different ?

A mobile app build for Android and/or iOS. Those can be built natively or using some framework (React native, Flutter, ...).

Those apps can use a back end that is implemented using Laravel for example. That's what is meant in your specific case most likely.
