Can you show us the error code in Laravel Forge?

Laravel Forge wont allow installation of Github repo
I am sure that I have everything but forge is having issues (note this is a private repo, but I am signed in and can access repo without issue)
I have confirmed:
- Valid Repository
- Valid Branch
- Confirmed token / ssh is current

I have managed to get the repo installed, but now have another issue when hitting the server, but I have applied the IP address at hover.com but still nothing. I have setup many sites with forge in the past, but for some reason this time, I having having loads of issues.
