vuetify data table change header text using v-selected

in my data table I have a select on each column of the table, how can I make this select change the text of the table header?

<template>
                <v-data-table :headers="headers" :items="desserts" :items-per-page="5" sort-by="id" class="elevation-1">
                    <template v-slot:header="props" >
                        <thead>
                            <th v-for="(s, index ) in selectColumns.slice(0,filterheaders.length)" :key="s.index">
                                <v-select v-model="selectedColumnsDb[index]" :items="selectColumns" label="Selecione" single return-object small-chips></v-select>
                            </th>
                        </thead>

Well, you already have the data, right?

There is a headers key in the data object. You can override the text field in one of those header objects if you wish.
