Test Remember Token

Hello! we have a custom authentication, right now, it is working fine, but we want to have test on it.

Scenario will be, we will be forcing the session to timeout, so that we can test that the user is guest for a moment and then redirect to the home page and it will be authenticated.

Question is how can we force the session to timeout? We're not using laravel dusk.
