I found my answer, unix timestamp:
>>> gmdate("Y-m-d\TH:i:s\Z", 1594130718)
=> "2020-07-07T14:05:18Z"

Why isn't it a timestamp ? What is this integer referencing ?
$table->integer('last_activity');
I didn't find anything in the documentation related to this.
