want get api data of weather with the help of .csv link

I have a .csv file link of API weather and want to get value and want to show in laravel blade file, please tell how to do that, i trying with simple php its done.

However I want to get value by using laravel.

Hi @me10071990 may you post your code of this being done in php, then I can recommend a way (I'm sure theres several) to do this in laravel.
