Looking for a PHP GIS Library

I am looking for an open-source PHP GIS library. Of course, I've done a Google search for those but I'd like to hear suggestions from people in this forum.

Has anyone here used such a library they can recommend?

I'm looking for libraries that can do geospatial analysis, in particular have functions that can determine whether a specific point lies within a polygon.

Turf.js would be an equivalent JavaScript library. I'm looking for a PHP equivalent.

The geotools package from the PHP League worked perfectly for my purposes. https://github.com/thephpleague/geotools
