What mailbox are you monitoring? Do you have access to a mailbox on the main domain?

Incoming mail recieved in sub-domain not in main-domain email account
I have a La-ravel project and trying to send mail to my email account on C panel. The problem is when I send mail to main domain '[email protected]', I don't receive it in inbox but when I send mail to subdomain '[email protected]', I receive my mail in inbox. I want my mail in main domain inbox not sub-domain inbox.

i figured out the problem. it was in cpanel > Email Routing > select domain from dropdown > select "Local Mail Exchanger ".
and now i can receive emails in my main domain inbox.

Not a laravel issue. However if you don't receive mail in your main domain on your Chanel check the MX records for the main domain are configured properly. Try login into web client and test there itself first then test from laravel.
