Really need some help deploying through Forge, and the applicaiton is using Voyager

I can't get my site up and running, I am still waiting for my domain, but want to see the application on the ip adress either way.

I get this in the Log of Forge:

[2020-04-27 18:13:39] production.ERROR: No Database connection yet in VoyagerServiceProvider loadAuth()

Can I share server with someone, and let someone explain step by step what i'm missing?
