Error Creating a Site

Hi everyone, first post here.

We signed up for Forge with Linode. We get a weird error when trying to install a site on the server. I opened a ticket with Forge support and was told to check the dependency from the error on the require-dev dependencies. We did that and still getting the error below. Forge can connect to the server, it's not an SSH key or connection issue either.

We can log in to the server with the terminal and manually clone the BitBucket repository but Forge can't seem to do it. Any idea what the issue could be?

We had trouble connecting to your server. Typically, this means there is a problem with the SSH keys on the server. Or, your server may be prompting for a password when Forge attempts to SSH in as the root user.
