PHP Artisan - Nothing happens - Laravel 7 upgrade.

Hi there.

So i've just updated my laravel app to version 7.0.

3 days ago i did the same to another app, worked fine, no problems at all.

But this one is not going that well. So i've followed the migration guide, and ive changed the values, even the session config etc.

I've tried both composer update and composer install.

When trying to serve my project using php artisan serve, nothing happens.

Nothing as in theres not even an error.

Anyone tried this?
