Servers Gone Missing in Forge -- Where to?

Earlier today I added a couple of servers on AWS through Forge and all was going fine until I realized that I set them up incorrectly, so I deleted them. Now, every time I try and create a new server, it appears in AWS, but after 20+ minutes of showing as "building" in Forge, the server just disappears. The server shows up in AWS, and is provisioned, but when I refresh the page in Forge, the new server is not showing up in my list of servers (previous servers are still in tact and no issues). I even tried waiting about 8 hours and setting up a new server again and same result.

I'm not sure what to do to get Forge to show the newly made servers, anyone else have this issue and know how to solve it. Thanks in advance.

You might want to contact Forge's support about this.

Click on "Contact Support" in the lower right corner of the (Forge) dashboard, then click the small "Contact Us" link in the footer of the window that pops up.

That would be great, I don't see a "Contact Us" link, the only link is the "Terms of Service".

@justl00king You need to sign in first. It's a dark button with fixed position in the lower right corner. If you can't see it, it may be blocked by some ad or script blocking plugin that you are using?

For anyone else that may come across this, the solution was to make sure that there was no SSH restriction on the EC2 side.

I had the same issue, my problem was forgetting to add the internet gateway to the Route Table on the subnet.
