How to implement payments between users, Patreon like...

Hi! I was wondering if there's any easy way of using Cashier (or maybe another Laravel/PHP implementation with Stripe, PayPal or whatever) to allow for payments between users of the application, something like Patreon, where users with role author lock content and set a price to other users or subscribers to unlock it. How this workflow would work? Receive the payment from the subscribers and then transfer it to the authors?
