Answers, having had a play:
- They get a notification, allowing them to join.
- Not sure yet.
- Existing users can be joined into groups (actually quite easily).

Spark - inviting existing users to team
Playing around with a new installation of Spark, I cannot understand a few things / find answers in the docs regarding team membership:
- If the user already exists in the application and someone invites them to join a team using the same e-mail address, the user cannot join without creating a new account. Is this right?
- A user cannot use the invitation to join the team using a different e-mail address (e.g. receive it at [email protected] and accept the invitation with [email protected]).
- An existing user cannot therefore be joined into organisations.
