php artisan migrate not working properly.
It only creates migration table in database. i have 2 more migrations. but it only creates one migrations table. It gives following error when i run php artisan migrate refresh
Too many arguments, expected arguments "command"
While i running php artisan migrate it says nothing to migarte

php artisan migrate:refresh
