AFAIK PHPCS requires PHP and to use it with the Sublime extension, you need PHP installed. It's fairly trivial to install PHP locally?

PHP CS Fixer with Homestead
Hi guys, I would like to install PHP CS Fixer extension to Sublime but using Homestead I don't have an installed version of PHP on my local machine. Is it possible to have PHP CS Fixer without that?
