Do spark have support for credit based payment system instead of subscription based ?

we are building an application with credit system for users means user buys credits instead of subscription monthly or yearly.

100 credits for 1$ so how can we implement it in laravel spark ?

Spark supports one off payments. So yes, you could hook up a one off payment to provide a certain number of credits.
