I suspect you are talking about your subscription to laravel Forge? If so you’ll want to pick it up with customer service there not on Laracasts.

Subscription Renewal
Hello , my renewal was recently declined due to insufficient fund in my account as at the time of renewal, but the problem now is , i cant find a button to renew my subscription and i have updates i need pushed to my server, support seems to me taking forever to get this resolved.
