I am familiar with HTML / PHP / MYSQL / CSS but my question is whether it seems useful to make a system with laravel that is according to my wishes.
I want to create a system where customers can trace their order and also consult manuals of the specific products we sell as a company.
These are PDF manuals and videos from Youtube.
A ticket system must also be incorporated so that customers can make service notifications.
In general I am not very familiar with laravel but I would like to work with it to make this system.
I would like to receive tips from you that can help me to make this system.
All tips are welcome.
Where do I have to start, for example.

And you will find a lot of things just looking at the doc, such as :
