A question about DATE and accessing pages based on date added

Hello;

If the user is allowed to access a page x days after joining a list ( GUI => https://prnt.sc/je9xdv ), does this mean if they join 11 pm, they get access at midnight?

Or does it work based on hours?

Is this a business decision or are there rules for this?

Well this is completely up to you! However to make it easier for yourself you can calculate with dates only instead of dates and hours. If this is a client project you should ask the client for the correct requirements!
